FF&E installation and punch work involve hundreds of handoffs. Austin built a dashboard and crew workflow so contractors could check their items, record notes, and keep room-by-room work visible.

A construction PM
who builds systems.

I’m Austin Jones. I bring more than a decade of construction experience to the way I design apps, organize information, and use AI.

I define the requirements, direct development with Claude Code and Codex, handle integrations, and check the output against the construction workflow. The goal is simple: something people can actually use.

That approach extends to adoption. At a previous company, I trained approximately 15 people on Sage Construction Project Center and built workflows for RFIs, submittals, plan changes, inspections, and safety documentation.
